Tortillas de Camarones (Shrimp Fritters)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup white flour
- ½ cup chickpea flour (or 1/3 cup more white flour)
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1.5 cm depth olive oil for frying
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 250 g tiny shrimp or chopped larger shrimp
