Introduction

We expect our members to make a final decision about accommodation, trip extension and airline carrier in the Fall of 2004.

Geneviève Naturisme Agency , the biggest agency in the Naturiste Village, is starting to accept reservations for the season of 2005, at the very beginning of the year. To ensure amount and availability of apartments we need to make reservation in early January (the 10th).

We will try to create several options for you to pay for your apartment :

1. Arrangement with Geneviève Naturisme Agency to accept your direct payment, this will be available to members using Credit Cards.
   
   
2. Another option for people who prefer to pay with personal checks, we will open bank account where you can deposit money for your apartment. This option may suit people who wants to pay smaller amount every month over longer period of time.

We will recommend to deposit one quarter of the cost of your apartment every month, starting December 1st 2004 with the last payment on March 1st 2005.

Members interested in the budget pay plan please contact us for details. Late Fall is also good time for shopping an airline tickets. Off season airline rates are usually in effect from late October to the end of June.

We expect air fare to be somewhere between 600 € and 800 € per person. This will be a good time to take advantage of your "Bonus Miles".


Cancellation Policy

We will accept the Geneviève Naturisme Agency cancellation policy for your apartment.
Your travel cancellation will be a part of your airline agreement. Other details regarding this subject will be posted here. The trip is on the "first come, first serve" basis, so if you want secure larger apartment do not wait.

We have already assigned several apartments to our members.


Estimation costs

All the prices are here given in Euros €, per person and are an estimation only (some costs, as couple club entrance for example or accomodation, have been divided by 2) :
The costs of the trip can be divided into six types (estimation per person) :

• Travel : estimation 800 € per person
  
• Accomodation : estimation 200 € (45 € x 9 nights divided by 2)
  
• Expenses to share : estimation 100 €
• Food : estimation 100 €
  
• Clubs and Dinners: estimation 200 € (400 € per couple)
  
• Side trips : estimation 100 € (optional)
  

For a TOTAL of about 1500 € per person, including the optional side trips...


The Travel :

Estimation : 800 € per person (not included the possibility of extension)

The final destination has to be :

• By Plane : MONTPELLIER Airport, France - transportation from/to the Airport will be organized by Extravaganza
• By Train : AGDE rail station, France - there is a very fast train (TGV) direct from Paris to Agde almost every jour daily - transportation from/to the station will be organized by Extravaganza
• By Car : motorway A9, output n°34, then AGDE and CAP d'AGDE

These prices are for standard apartments ( 1*). Apartments with more equipments may be quoted 2*, 3*, or 4* depending of equipments : they have an uplift of respectively 10%, 20% or 30%.

The section of the buildings is pyramidal : higher is the floor, smaller is the flat...


Expenses to share :

Estimation : 100 € per person

Here is a list of expenses we expect you to participate. Some costs may depend on the size of the group :

• Transportation : from and to the Airport, from and to the railways station of Agde, to some clubs and back,...
• "Extravaganza Headquarters" : the extra apartment, converted to gathering place and party room, open to our members day and night. Each member will find there every morning his typical French breakfast with "café noir" and "croissants"
• Extravaganza Picnic : we would like to serve you some specialties of the region in a very friendly evening with a total freedom
• La Brasucade : Lunch, Tuesday June 21st - fix price
• Organisation costs

This list may change upon group demands.


Food :

Estimation : 100 € per person

This estimation is done by supposing each couple uses the apartment's kitchen to cook or to prepare sandwiches for the beach and goes sometimes to the restaurant outside of the Extravaganza forecasted lunches and dinners (see below Clubs and Dinners). It doesn't include neither the dinner included in club entrances. This represents about 10 meals.


Clubs and dinners :

Estimation : 200 € per person (400 € per couple)

This estimation is done by supposing each couple follows the Extravaganza forecasted schedule and joins us for visiting one swinger club a day.

The costs of some club entrance includes the dinner (Château du Trédos) or some dinners include the club entrance (Jul's, l'Extasia, la Villa Romaine). All these costs plus the forecasted dinner at La Poissonnerie and the Grand Gala Party (Saturday June 25th) have been included in this estimation.


Side Trips :

Estimation : 100 € per person

This estimation is done by supposing each couple is registering to several side trips we propose. Of course, this type of cost is optional. Costs may also depend of the size of the group and the choosen side trips.
